Cookies and trackers
In short: no advertising cookies, no cookie-based analytics. Only what is needed for the service to work, or for a preference you chose, is used: there is nothing to accept. Fonts are served from our own servers, with no third-party service.

On shop websites
Each shop is responsible for the trackers on its website. Without an advertising pixel, there is nothing to accept. If the shop adds an advertising pixel (Meta, Google Ads), a banner asks for your consent, lists each cookie and its duration, and your choice can be changed at the bottom of every page. See the “Cookies” page of the shop concerned.
- Built-in banner: your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser, then asked again. A record of the choice (date, banner version, choice for each tracker, a random identifier) is kept for the shop, with no name, email or IP address. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal counts as a refusal of advertising trackers.
- The shop’s own tool: the shop can use a consent management tool instead (CookieYes, Axeptio, Didomi, tarteaucitron), which applies its own rules.
- Necessary items (no consent needed): your chat with the assistant during the visit (tab storage), a referral code received by link (30 days), the version of a promo page you saw (A/B test, bsn_ab_… cookie, 90 days), announcements you closed, the customer app session.
- Bot protection: if the shop turns it on, forms use Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Map: the OpenStreetMap map only loads if you click “Show the map”.

Your settings
You can delete cookies and storage from your browser settings. You will then be asked to sign in to the back office again, and the demo will go back to its sample data.
